Ingredients
  • 5 oz Spinach, whole-leaf with stem removed
  • 4 oz ALDER MARKET SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
  • 3/4 oz Wilted Sweet red onions sliced
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
Directions
  • Prep ingredients as listed
  • Microwave bacon until crispy then break into pieces
  • Slice mushrooms and toss in dressing
  • Toss de-stemmed spinach with dressing and place on a salad plate
  • Top spinach with sliced red onions, bacon, mushrooms, and sliced egg
  • Serve immediately

Wilted Red Onions – You can make a larger batch and keep in your refrigerator or simply use equal parts of all ingredients.
