Classic Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 5 oz Spinach, whole-leaf with stem removed
- 4 oz ALDER MARKET SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
- 3/4 oz Wilted Sweet red onions sliced
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 mushroom
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Directions
- Prep ingredients as listed
- Microwave bacon until crispy then break into pieces
- Slice mushrooms and toss in dressing
- Toss de-stemmed spinach with dressing and place on a salad plate
- Top spinach with sliced red onions, bacon, mushrooms, and sliced egg
- Serve immediately
Wilted Red Onions – You can make a larger batch and keep in your refrigerator or simply use equal parts of all ingredients.

- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Sliced Red Onions
